Annual General Meeting - reminder

Dear members,

This is a reminder about the AGM taking place this Friday, 30th May at 1.30pm both in person and online via Zoom.

Light refreshments will be served prior to the meeting as of 1pm.

Kindly register your attendance by not later than Thursday, 29th May indicating whether you are going to take part online or in person:

The meeting is going to be held at the Lecture Theatre 1 (LT1).

The proposed agenda is as follows:

(1) Approval of the minutes of the previous AGM held on 24th April 2024.

(2) Approval of the Annual Report and the Financial Report for 2024.

(3) Appointment of new auditor for 2025.

(4) Update on CA negotiations.

(5) Proposal to extend the current council’s term until the conclusion of the ongoing CA negotiations.

(6) Other Matters.
